We would like your help to evaluate the quality of service provided by our dispatch personnel. Some of the information obtained from these surveys will be used to evaluate the skills of our employee's and to assist with the development of further training programs.

Forms for Public Use

This form is for the provision of information regarding excellent customer service and care provided by any employee of ECDC or to provide information in regard to an issue or concern following a call for service to ECDC.

Statistical Information

The Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies, Inc. (CALEA) requires an annual statistical summary of Internal Affairs Investigations to be made available to citizens and department personnel.  The following links provide yearly statistical information on complaints received from citizens.
